The staff were very friendly, the jacuzzi was clean and breakfast was nice. Everything about the room was perfect, and I really can't compliment the staff enough, they were all incredibly friendly and nice. If ever I was to stay in a hotel in Querétaro, I will absolutely consider this one without a second thought, a first class experience for an amazing price.

The hotel is very nice, the staff was very attentive, always asking if I needed anything that they could provide. Giving me directions or recommendations when asked.

Cleaning es great, people are friendly Clean place. Bathrooms are sanitized and all is clean.

The staff is super well trained and attentive! All of them, from the person that receives you at the lobby to the lady that cleans the rooms!
